Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before signing the rental agreement. By signing, you agree to abide by these terms.

This Rental Agreement is made between the Lessor (Owner) and the Lessee (Tenant) for the property located at Kasavahalli, off Sarjapura Road, Bangalore.

The following terms and conditions apply to all lease agreements unless otherwise stated in writing:

General Terms:

  1. Monthly rent is mutually agreed upon and payable on or before the 5th of each month.
  2. Lease terms are typically for a period of 11 months, after which rent may be revised by mutual consent.
  3. A security deposit, usually equivalent to 1 month’s rent, is payable before move-in and refundable after vacating, subject to inspection.
  4. The premises are to be used strictly for residential purposes. No illegal or commercial activities are permitted.
  5. Subletting the property is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
  6. Either party may terminate the lease with 30 days written notice.
  7. Electricity charges must be paid directly by the tenant to the utility provider.
  8. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the premises.
  9. Repair costs due to damage (beyond normal wear and tear) are deductible from the deposit.
  10. Upon vacating, the tenant shall either pay one month’s rent for repainting or allow the same to be deducted from the deposit.
  11. A late payment fee of 10% of the monthly rent will apply if payment is delayed beyond the due date.
