The following cancellation policies apply to all tenants unless otherwise stated in writing:

• A lease may be cancelled within 3 days of signing the contract, without penalty.
• Once the lease takes effect, it is valid for 11 months.
• Early termination will incur a penalty equal to 3 months’ rent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No partial rent refunds are applicable once a lease has started.
